All are completely optional, and can be started at any time.

How does it work? 

All Driver customers are set up with an Asana project board for the life of your Driver website. Once your website is launched, your Asana board naturally evolves from a Project Board into a Support Board.

‘Off-Road’ support model

How does it work? 

• Got a quick question? 
• Want to add a new feature onto your site? 
• Or perhaps you just need a hand with some content entry. 

Working with us on an ad-hoc basis allows you to call or email with requests as they arise, after which we will estimate the effort required to perform your work and advise of the next available window in which we can schedule it in. 

What does it cost? 

• There is no set cost for ad-hoc support as it depends on the work that you request and is performed each month. 
• The first 30 minutes of reviewing or estimating a request is not billed, up to 1 hour per month, even if you don’t proceed with the work.*
• Your estimate will then be provided and is inclusive of any design, development, project management and content requirements to bring your idea or request to life. 
• For ad-hoc training requests, support calls or attendance of meetings, this will be billed at the standard hourly rate, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes. 

Scheduling work 

• Please note though that all work, especially larger projects, will need to be scheduled, so the sooner we know what you are planning, the better. 
• We’ll always do our best to attend to tasks as soon as possible, but the ad-hoc nature of the support means we can’t guarantee immediate response times. 
• Please note any individual tasks requiring more than two hours of work may be addressed as a project outside of support.

‘Cruise’ support model

How does it work? 

• A monthly support package is our preferred way of working with you, aiming to make your digital requirements more strategic and less reactive.

What does it cost? 

• The Cruise support model provides 2 hours of dedicated support per month.
• It costs AUD $350 exclusive of GST.
• International clients are charged the exchange rate equivalent of AUD $350. The exact fee will be defined with the client at time of selecting the support model.

Scheduling work 

• As this is a paid, ongoing support model, once a support request is lodged by you in your Asana board, we will review it and estimate the required time and schedule delivery date as soon as possible.

‘Accelerate’ support model

How does it work? 

• A monthly support package is our preferred way of working with you, aiming to make your digital requirements more strategic and less reactive.

What does it cost? 

• The Accelerate support model provides 4 hours of dedicated support per month.
• It costs AUD $700 exclusive of GST.
• International clients are charged the exchange rate equivalent of AUD $700. The exact fee will be defined with the client at time of selecting the support model.

Scheduling work 

• As this is a paid, ongoing support model, once a support request is lodged by you in your Asana board, we will review it and estimate the required time and schedule delivery date as soon as possible.
